Global Asset Properties is a family owned and operated real estate investment, development and management firm based in New York City. Since its inception in 1982, Global Asset Properties has strategically developed a diversified portfolio of assets in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Our acquisitions come exclusively through off-market deals, in which we focus on properties that present significant upside in either the short or long term.
